With over 12 years of experience and millions of pounds worth of property deals under my belt, I know first hand what it takes to find, finance and renovate properties - deal after deal, year after year! No matter what the market throws at me, I've always been able to make money in property, and I want you to be able to do so as well.
Property isn't something that you should blindly "have a go at". There's often hundreds of thousands of pounds at stake, and it takes skills and knowledge to build a long lasting cashflowing portfolio (rather than the liabilities some people buy).
That's why I decided to put together this short and snappy 4 week energising sprint for a small group in November 2025.

Week-by-week breakdown
Week 1: Analysing Property Deals
What does a deal look like to you? Understanding return on investment, setting your maximum offer price and understanding your strategy, whether that's flips, cashflow or a mixture of both. I teach you my system for stacking deals so you understand how to use the spreadsheets. No more deal and spreadsheet anxiety!
Week 2: Raising Finance
We're talking all things finance. This includes having the owner of a bridging company talking about how bridging finance works and how it can be used to grow and scale a portfolio. I then share my experience of how I have raised millions of pounds in private angel finance and the nitty gritty of how it works and how you can use it to.
Week 3: Finding Deals
All the different ways of finding property deals including on market, off market and my personal favourite - auctions! I share my secrets on what it takes to find cracking deals and bust popular myths so you can stop doubting yourself and actually crack on finding great deals.
Week 4: Live Deal Analysis
I walked through my actual deal which I had just exchanged on Delegates brought theirs. We discussed valuations, comparables, and getting unstuck. After the 4 training videos, you will have a clear understanding of how to move forward with your property investing career.
